Something that Big Farm and perhaps all farming games are probably going to have in the coming future is weather. As it stands right now, while there are many ways of having fun in this game, it still isn’t as dynamic as you’d want it to be. The overall gameplay become rather predictable and repetitive as you login every single day to repeat the same process over and over. Weather would be amazing because then you’d have to adapt your play-style and strategy every single time the weather shifts.

Seasons are also a feature that’s certain to be added to Big Farm as the time goes on. This feature would be great because the game would become much more realistic and therefore enjoyable because of it. One excellent way to implement the seasons feature would be to give different players across the world different seasons according to where they play from. This would add some excellent depth to the game and would lead to some really intriguing trading scenarios as players try to trade crops across the world.

Graphical improvements are certainly in order for Big Farm as well. Although it’s touted as one of the best farming games in terms of gameplay, it hasn’t necessarily aged well. The visuals, despite being quite solid, are slowly falling behind when compared to the newer generation farming games so a graphical overhaul is probably something that the developers have in the pipeline for this game. Alongside visual updates, some sound effect updates would be great too. The sounds and music of this game are already quite high quality but there are some objects that are completely silent at all times, if these were given their very own sound effects then the experience would become much more lively.

A few extra social features would go a long way as well because the only one that Big Farm has right now is the ability to go to a friend’s farm and help out with a few basic things. Although we probably won’t see a whole lot of new social elements in the near future, they’re still things that are bound to be implemented at some point in time because there’s a pretty massive audience of players that plays mainly due to the fact that they can enjoy the game with their friends. For example, implementing a system that allows players to trade goods from their respective farms would be a pretty solid addition and would open up a lot of great gameplay opportunities as well.

Overall, all the things we’ve mentioned above are those that Big Farm is certain to see implemented at some point in time. Regardless of all this, it’s still a pretty solid game that you should definitely try out.
